JUST CONCLUDED - Day 1 of the 2-day SMAARRDEC 37th Regional Symposium on Research, Development and Extension Highlights back-to-back with the Farmers and Fisherfolks Forum which runs on August 13-14, 2024 at the Davao del Norte State College Gymnasium, Panabo City with the theme "Navigating Sustainable Future: Empowering Research, Development and Innovation for AANR".
Thirteen Consortium Member Institutions (CMIs) of SMAARRDEC put up their various booth exhibits to showcase their respective agencies' science & technology (S&T) endeavours, outputs and products.
Heads and representatives of the CMIs, together with Dr. Melvin B. Carlos, Deputy Executive Director of DOST PCAARRD, are present during the opening ceremonies of the event.
Presentations and awarding for the Best Paper Awards in Research, Development and Policy Brief categories, including the Best Poster category are also conducted on Day 1.
